Shipping policy
At Little Mountain Flowers LLC, we ensure your order is handled with the utmost care, whether it's a hand-delivered bouquet or a shipment of natural goods.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and prepared within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- For shipped non-perishable orders, you will receive a tracking number when the package leaves our facility.
- For local flower deliveries, we will notify you via email with the estimated delivery window.
Peak Season Delays: During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email or a site-wide announcement banner.
Domestic Shipping (Non-Perishable Items)
This section applies only to items that can be safely shipped, such as home goods, skincare, and gifts. Fresh flowers and plants are excluded from shipping.

- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for all domestic shipments.
- Delivery Timeframes (Estimates):
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking
For all shipped orders (non-perishable goods), you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become available.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Our policy is tailored to the specific needs of both our fresh flowers and our non-perishable goods.
Non-Perishable Goods (home goods, skincare, gifts, etc.)
We accept returns for non-perishable items up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original, sellable condition and packaging.
- To Initiate a Return: Please email us at hello@littlemountainflowers.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 1775 Mount Vernon, WA 98273.

If Your Return is Accepted: We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment for the full order amount, minus any original shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Non-Perishable Items
If your shipped non-perishable order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at hello@littlemountainflowers.com with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We will cover the cost of return shipping and immediately work to send out a replacement item.
