Policy for 3-Month Flower Arrangement Subscription

1. General subscription details

Plan duration: This is a pre-paid, three-month subscription, which includes one floral arrangement delivery per month for three consecutive months.
Automatic renewal: After the initial three-month period, your subscription will automatically renew for another three-month term. You will be automatically charged using your payment method on file unless you cancel beforehand.
Billing: Your initial payment covers the first month. You will be billed on your initaial payment date the following two months of the three-month cycle.

2. Flower selection and design

Designer's choice: Each month, you will receive a unique, custom-designed arrangement using the freshest, in-season flowers available.
Arrangement style: While the specific flowers will vary based on seasonal availability, the style and size will remain consistent with your chosen seasonal subscription.
Substitutions: In the event that a specific flower or container is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and beauty.

3. Delivery and scheduling

Delivery schedule: Your arrangements will be delivered approximately every 30 days.
Delivery window: Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours. If the delivery date falls on a holiday or a day the shop is closed, you will be contacted to rschedule.
Delivery instructions: For a smooth delivery, please provide any special instructions at checkout, such as gate codes or placement notes. Your arrangement can be left in a safe, shaded area if the recipient is not home and weather permits.
Missed deliveries: If our driver is unable to safely leave the arrangement, they will contact the recipient to arrange redelivery. If contact cannot be made, the arrangement will be returned to our shop. The recipient may then pay for a redelivery or arrange for pickup.

4. Subscription modifications and cancellation

Pausing your subscription: If you need to skip a delivery, such as for a vacation, you can pause your subscription at any time.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid charges for the upcoming renewal, you must cancel before the subscription renewal date.

5. Gifts and recipient information

Sending as a gift: This plan makes a wonderful gift. The initial delivery can include a special note or gift certificate to inform the recipient of their surprise.
Recipient management: The purchaser is responsible for managing the account. The recipient may be contacted for delivery preferences or to arrange missed deliveries.

6. Privacy policy

Data collection: We collect personal information, including contact, shipping, and payment details, to process your subscription and deliveries.
Data use: This information is used for billing, shipping, and to communicate with you about your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
